What makes this race so unpredictable is the fact that delegates are voted on via the popular vote, circumnavigating the delegation votes. In a city that is forged by the thought processes of higher learning, such as the University of New Hampshire, as well as the ideas of the average citizen – as she or he may be found at the mall of New Hampshire – candidates will do more than simply look handsome and talk a good game.
