North America
North America is one of the most populated and powerful continents in the whole world. Whether you live in North America or are just traveling there, there is a wealth of information on the Web and in your local library about North America. Think about all of the information that kids and adults look for information on North America for reports and papers for school, and then there are those people who just like to know about the different places in the world and what they have to offer to the people in it. North America is just one of seven continents in the world, and just one piece of a style that the world has to offer.
The thing about North America is that a lot of the most powerful companies and governments are situated on that continent; even in your regular run of the mill encyclopedias, there is a wealth of information on North America including a detailed physical map with detailed information about the major cities in North America and information about the topography of the area as well. From coast to coast, North America has just about every type of climate you could think of, from the frigidly cold up north to the warmer climates and more tropical temperatures down toward South America. IF you look at maps of North and South America, you can see the similarities in topography and climate based on their positions on the globe. Perhaps that is what makes North America so special, the fact that so many people from so many different areas can find a place somewhat like their home to call their own.
