Few states can actually compare to the beauty that is the state of Utah. The state of Utah itself is a state rich in history and culture, and it is a place that people travel to from all over the United States so that they can be able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. As far as outdoor recreation activities go, Utah is infamous for camping, hiking, and boating or rafting. Utah is full of many things of interest; for example, the Utah Jazz is an NBA basketball team based in Utah that has played many an interesting game against other NBA teams. Also, the University of Utah and Utah State University are located in the state of Utah. More than 60 percent of the residents of the state of Utah are practicing Mormons, members of a religious faith, and that makes Brigham Young University one of the more popular colleges in the state of Utah as well.

If you take a look at the Utah map, you will see a dotted list of all of the natural wonders that are situated in Utah. Utah real estate is a hot commodity as the state is so naturally beautiful; people pay good money for Utah real estate or any real estate that is situated in an area with scenic beauty. That is part of the reason that ocean real estate is so expensive these days, attracting people from all over the world. The beauty in itself is worth paying for, which is one of the reasons that Utah is so popular a place to work and live, not to mention travel, in the first place.

Utah road conditions are not the best in the country, but they are not the worst road conditions either. The weather in the state makes it so that the roads are not nearly as broken up and cracked or holed as they are in other states, but caution must always be taken when driving in a state that you are not used to, as your car is not built for handling difficult roadways if you are not used to handling them. This goes for the roadways in the area, especially those in the areas that have been designed for camping and hiking as they will probably not accommodate a luxury sedan very well.
